Founded in the late 1980s, Vietnamese refugees have built up and maintained the culture of Little Saigon for years. While this district in Westminster may perpetuate the Asian stereotype of horrible drivers, its rich history, let alone delicious food/desserts, allow this hub to fall nothing short of demonstrating the true roots of Vietnamese culture.
